Orders are dispatched within 24-48hrs from our Warehouse in Brisbane.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Orders over $200 - FREE Shipping (with tracking) 3-10 business days
International Shipping
Standard Shipping (with tracking) 14-21 business days - $30.00
Express Shipping (with tracking) 5-7 business days - $60.00

Local Pick-up
Local Pick-up available for local residents, from our Redcliffe Warehouse, just north of Brisbane. Select this option at checkout, and once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified.

Domestic Orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking information provided.
International Shipping – additional information
International Orders are sent via Australia Post & DHL courier service with tracking information. The delivery charges are for transport costs only and DO NOT cover import duties and taxes that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Wallaby Shop does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
When selecting your International Shipping method at checkout, you are agreeing to pay any applicable duties and import taxes owed to your destination country. If you refuse to pay these import duties and taxes in the destination country, your order will be destroyed by the Shipping Agent and your order will not be refunded.

Once your order has been sent from our Brisbane warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the delivery tracking number & the courier company it is on route with.
